About Proline Construction

PROLINE CONSTRUCTION, founded in 2000, is owned and managed by Sean O’Connell.

Sean has over thirty years of experience in the building field.

Proline specialises in new builds and luxury housing, and extensions or refurbishments of existing projects.

Sean is to be found  directly involved and participating in every project, as his approach to and pride in his work is very much hands on.

Proline ensures that the company only undertakes simultaneous building projects as long as they do not impinge on each other – this ensures that Sean has time to dedicate his experience and passion to each build.

Proline Staff

Bromwel Mali, a staff member since the company’s inception, has developed into a competent construction supervisor and is assisted by two site foremen.

Our workforce consists of 30 or more skilled artisans and semi-skilled labourers – we employ staff we know rather than temporary employees.

We have established strong and healthy relationships with a wide variety of specialist contractors (to reference page) and suppliers which allows us to tackle all facets and challenges of building our houses up to the latest, modern and safe standards.

Proline builds mainly in and around Plettenberg Bay, but has also built and managed projects throughout the Garden Route.
